Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly proficient evaluator specialized in the Hindi language to assess and provide feedback on AI-generated audio responses. The goal is to enhance the accuracy, fluency, and emotional expressiveness of multilingual speech models. As an evaluator, you will listen to AI-generated clips and evaluate their pronunciation, tone, and overall naturalness.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated audio outputs in Arabic for clarity, fluency, and naturalness
- Compare pairs of outputs and indicate preference based on linguistic and acoustic quality
- Identify pronunciation, intonation, and tone inconsistencies
- Provide structured written feedback to guide model improvement
- Ensure evaluations adhere to standardized quality guidelines

Requirements

- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of phonetics, tone, and prosody in natural speech
- Prior experience in audio evaluation, linguistic annotation, or transcription preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed evaluation protocols

Offer Details:

• Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
• Engagement type: Contractor assignment/freelancer (no medical/paid leave)

• Shortlisting based on qualifications and relevant professional writing work experience.
• Shortlisted candidates will be sent an automated analytical challenge (approximately 45 minutes).
