Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Photoshop Specialist to create, edit, retouch, and enhance digital images for marketing, branding, e-commerce, social media, and print materials. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Adobe Photoshop, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, retouch, and enhance images for digital and print use.
• Remove backgrounds, correct colors, adjust lighting, and improve image quality.
• Create photo manipulations, composites, mockups, and visual effects as needed.
• Prepare graphics and image assets for websites, ads, social media, presentations, and product listings.
• Work with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to meet creative requirements.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual materials.
• Organize, label, and maintain image files and design assets.
• Review final work for accuracy, quality, and formatting before delivery.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photoshop Specialist, Graphic Designer, Photo Editor, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of image retouching, color correction, masking, layering, clipping paths, and compositing.
• Good knowledge of image formats, resolution, and print/digital production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Lightroom.
• Knowledge of e-commerce image standards and product photo editing.
• Basic understanding of typography and layout design.
• Portfolio showcasing image editing, retouching, and creative manipulation work.
