About Turing
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance & Advisory Leader to help train the next generation of AI systems that can reason like top-tier financial, strategic, and accounting experts.
In this role, you will own the quantitative-financial and strategy-reasoning bar across investments and markets, corporate finance, accounting/audit/tax, and management consulting. Rather than delivering client engagements or running a single desk, you will leverage your cross-institutional expertise to create, evaluate, calibrate, and refine complex professional scenarios—ensuring AI-generated solutions meet the highest standards of technical accuracy, strategic rigor, and executive-level insight.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior finance and advisory leadership experience (e.g., CFO, Investment Banking/Private Equity Managing Director, or Big Four Partner) with a track record of setting standards across an entire institution.
- Professional credibility and authoritative expertise spanning four core domains: Markets & Investments, Corporate Finance, Accounting/Audit/Tax, and Management Consulting reasoning.
- Advanced professional credentials expected (CFA / CPA / MBA or equivalent).
- Exceptional analytical rigor, quantitative modeling judgment, and executive-writing skills to set gold-standard benchmarks for complex AI outputs.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, calibrating high-stakes deliverables, and establishing quality control frameworks across broad functional areas.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as the overarching functional authority for a broad suite of finance and advisory occupations (spanning Financial & Investment Analysts, Financial Managers, Actuaries, Accountants & Auditors, Tax Advisors, Management Consultants, and related fields). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions covering quantitative finance, corporate strategy, accounting standards, and investment analysis.
- Reviewing, calibrating, and approving team members' outputs to enforce rigorous quality standards across all pod deliverables.
- Owning day-to-day quality control and validating that all task scenarios, financial models, and strategic frameworks are technically accurate and practically sound.
- Applying and enforcing rubric standards set by the Functional Lead across diverse occupational workflows.
- Identifying and escalating genuine edge cases, complex domain paradoxes, and rubric ambiguities directly to the Functional SME Lead.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
Offer Details:
