LLM Trainer: Reasoning Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for knowledgeable and detail-oriented trainers to develop informative and insightful prompts based on a broad taxonomy of general knowledge topics. These prompts will be instrumental in evaluating and improving LLM performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop well-structured, factual, and engaging prompts across various general knowledge categories.
• Cover key topics such as physics, cybersecurity, fitness, automotive knowledge, environmental issues, and legal principles.
• Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and clarity of prompts to maximize their effectiveness for AI training and assessment.
• Collaborate with our evaluation and research teams to refine prompts based on model responses and evaluation outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Broad general knowledge base, especially strong understanding in science, technology, law, health, and lifestyle categories.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise prompts.
• A good understanding of real-world user preferences.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, cultural sensitivity, and diverse backgrounds and knowledge across a wide range of topics, such as:
  • Advice/Self-Help
  • Animals
  • Animation, Comics, and Games (ACG)
  • Art
  • Books and Reading

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in education, journalism, content development, or related fields.
• Experience in developing educational or informational content for digital platforms or AI training.
• Familiarity with AI-generated content, prompt engineering, or creative writing for AI models.
• Multilingual speaker with the ability to speak one other language preferred (including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, Vietnamese, etc.)
