Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance and Marketing Annotator to review, label, categorize, and validate finance- and marketing-related data. The role supports the development of AI models, search systems, recommendation engines, customer analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms.
The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of finance and marketing concepts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow annotation guidelines accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate finance and marketing content according to project guidelines.
- Label financial documents, reports, transactions, invoices, statements, or investment-related text.
- Categorize marketing content such as ads, campaigns, product descriptions, customer reviews, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Identify key information such as company names, products, prices, revenue figures, campaign goals, customer sentiment, and target audience.
- Classify content by topic, intent, sentiment, industry, risk level, or business category.
- Check data for accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Highlight incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, or unclear data.
- Support AI model training by creating high-quality labeled datasets.
- Follow confidentiality and data privacy requirements.
- Meet daily or weekly quality and productivity targets.
Finance Annotation Tasks
- Categorizing financial transactions.
- Labeling income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and investment terms.
- Extracting key values from invoices, receipts, bank statements, or reports.
- Identifying financial risks, fraud indicators, or compliance-related information.
- Reviewing financial news or documents for topic and sentiment classification.
Marketing Annotation Tasks
- Labeling advertisements by product type, audience, campaign objective, or platform.
- Categorizing customer feedback as positive, negative, or neutral.
- Identifying brand names, slogans, offers, discounts, and call-to-action phrases.
- Classifying marketing content by channel, such as email, social media, website, or paid ads.
- Reviewing product descriptions for accuracy, relevance, and promotional language.
