What does day-to-day look like:

As a medical specialist, you will bring your subject-matter knowledge to help train and evaluate frontier AI systems. Work might include:

• Design and solve advanced medical problems, ranging from diagnostic scenarios to complex clinical case reviews
• Review AI-generated answers, assessing their accuracy, depth of reasoning, and clarity
• Spot knowledge gaps and edge cases, and propose improvements to strengthen model performance
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow medical experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks
• Provide structured feedback and insights that guide the development of next-generation AI for medicine and science

Candidate Requirements:

• Attending physicians are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year of clinical practice experience in the US, Canada, or Western Europe
• Background in any of the following areas is preferred: Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Pediatrics, Surgery, Anesthesia, or Diagnostic Specialties
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical research teams

Engagement details:

• Commitment: flexible engagement, remote working, up to 30 hrs/week
• Duration: 1 month, with potential extensions based on performance and fit
