Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Marketing Managers to serve as Senior AI Trainers. You will create, evaluate, and refine complex marketing tasks involving strategy, segmentation, positioning, campaign planning, channel optimization, performance measurement, and budget allocation. You will apply expert judgment to ensure outputs are accurate, practical, and commercially relevant, helping AI deliver strategic, data-informed recommendations across diverse markets and customer segments.
Requirements
- Experience & Leadership: 3–15 years of professional experience in brand, product, growth, or integrated marketing, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic ownership.
- Campaign & Channel Execution: Hands-on experience planning, launching, and managing integrated cross-channel programs, including digital advertising, paid media, email/lifecycle marketing, social media, content, partnerships, and offline channels.
- Strategy & Go-To-Market (GTM): Proven track record in developing brand positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, and executing comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and growth initiatives.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Strong ability to track campaign performance, run experimentation, analyze customer insights, and apply performance attribution models to measure campaign ROI and business impact.
- Operational & Resource Ownership: Experience managing campaign timelines, marketing budgets, resource allocations, and cross-functional agency or internal team workflows (collaborating closely with sales, product, and content teams).
Responsibilities
- Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar.
- Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
- Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
Offer Details:
- Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
- Engagement type: Contractor
- Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks
