About Turing
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview
We are seeking Pharmacist Experts to generate, evaluate, and refine tasks related to clinical pharmacy and medication management for frontier AI initiatives. In this role, experts will build technically accurate, practical tasks that test AI model capabilities in pharmacotherapy, clinical dosing calculations, drug interaction checks, and patient medication safety.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: ~3–8 years of professional pharmacy practice (e.g., retail, hospital, or clinical environment).
- Credentials: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or regionally equivalent pharmacy qualification with active professional licensure.
- Core Competencies: Practical knowledge of pharmacotherapy, therapeutic drug monitoring, renal/hepatic dosing adjustments, drug-drug and drug-food interaction screening, and patient safety protocols.
- Deliverable History: Proven track record of producing clinical deliverables such as drug regimen reviews, patient counseling notes, dosing recommendation plans, and medication reconciliation summaries.
- Exceptional Analytical Thinking: Ability to review complex patient charts, evaluate multi-drug regimens, identify drug-related problems (DRPs), and validate clinical reasoning.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to ensuring complete clinical accuracy, safety compliance, and realistic scenario design.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for writing realistic clinical vignettes, pharmaceutical prompts, and structured evaluation rubrics.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, incorporate calibration feedback, and iterate under senior review.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a specialized functional pod responsible for creating high-quality training and evaluation data for AI models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Producing expert-level tasks and gold-standard solutions in pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and dosing management that meet the pod's quality bar.
- Authoring realistic clinical task scenarios involving patient chart reviews, therapeutic recommendations, adverse reaction evaluations, and dosing adjustments.
- Applying rubric standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
- Working under senior review to incorporate calibration feedback, refine outputs, and iterate on task designs.
- Verifying that all created clinical scenarios, lab values, and medication profiles are accurate, realistic, and solvable using standard clinical reference materials.
- Ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines, quality benchmarks, and milestone deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
