Role Overview:
Use your finance expertise to help build and evaluate AI models by simulating financial workflows and decision-making. You’ll break down financial content, validate statements, and solve analytical problems designed to train LLMs. Ideal for candidates with a background in financial analysis, investment research, or audit.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- Solve finance-related logical puzzles and scenario-based tasks to evaluate model performance.
- Analyze financial statements and business models to assess accuracy and reasoning.
- Summarize investment memos, earnings reports, or analyst recommendations.
- Validate facts, numbers, and financial arguments through structured online research.
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in financial concepts, accounting standards, and investment theory.
- Completed CFA Level 1 or above, or qualified CA/CPA/MBA in Finance.
- Excellent analytical thinking, data interpretation, and research skills.
- Fluent English comprehension, particularly for formal and technical content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Worked as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Audit Associate, or similar.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience interpreting real-world documents like 10-Ks, balance sheets, or investor presentations.

Evaluation Process :
- Shortlisting based on qualifications and relevant professional writing work experience.
- Shortlisted candidates will be sent an automated analytical challenge (approximately 45 minutes) and a writing assessment (approximately 30 minutes).
