Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Annotator with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel to support data cleaning, annotation, validation, reporting, and quality assurance activities. The role requires high accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate, clean, structure, and validate datasets using Excel.
- Perform advanced Excel operations such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Advanced Filters, Nested Formulas, and Text Functions.
- Review datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate data quality issues.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and productivity summaries.
- Follow SOPs, annotation guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with QA teams and project managers to meet timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
Professional Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, data operations, MIS reporting, back-office processing, or Excel-heavy roles.
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet formulas and data manipulation.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Google Sheets, CSV handling, Power Query, Macros, or VBA is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Excel/Data Analytics certification is an added advantage.

Offer Details:
