About Turing
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview
Turing is seeking exceptional Mathematics Research Specialists with expertise in Algebraic Geometry to join a high-impact, short-term research initiative.
This project focuses on exploratory mathematical research, advanced proof development, and the design of reusable, high-level technical frameworks that translate abstract mathematical insights into structured architectural models.

- Develop, critique, and refine complex mathematical proofs and theoretical frameworks.
- Communicate highly abstract mathematical concepts clearly to cross-functional technical teams.
- Identify structural patterns within mathematical proofs and formalize them into reusable specifications.
- Contribute to the architectural design of frameworks inspired by mathematical reasoning.
- Document research findings, methodologies, and technical recommendations with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Mathematics or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Algebraic Geometry, Arithmetic Geometry, or Analytic Number Theory.
- Strong record of peer-reviewed publications in leading mathematical journals.
- Advanced proficiency in mathematical proof development and theoretical analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
- Comfort working on high-risk, exploratory research problems.
- Interest in connecting pure mathematics with technical architecture, formal systems, or computational frameworks.
