Role Overview:
We are seeking talented individuals with strong English proficiency and clear verbal communication skills to join our team as Audio/Voice/Annotation Trainers. In this engagement, you will contribute to the development and improvement of large language models (LLMs) by recording audio samples, annotating voice data, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in accordance with project guidelines.
Your work will directly impact how AI systems understand and process human voice, intonation, and pronunciation. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-impact AI project, working with some of the top LLM companies in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record audio by reading scripts and prompts clearly, following specific guidelines.
- Annotate and label voice data to support supervised training of AI models.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent outputs across large sets of tasks.
- Provide feedback to improve prompt clarity and instruction sets.
- Collaborate with team leads or QA to maintain annotation accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- English Proficiency: Ability to read, write and communicate in English with high comprehension skills.
- Expertise in a wide range of accents and regional dialects.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow nuanced instructions with precision.
- Technical Comfort: Familiarity with basic computer tools and working with file uploads/audio formats.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand context and intent in scripts.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability: At least 20 hours/week is preferred—requirement to be finalized closer to the onboarding date.
- Technical Setup and Equipment: Reliable computer (desktop/laptop) with good microphone quality and stable internet connection.
- Location: Must be based in the US or US Territories
- Experience in voiceover, podcasting, linguistics, or transcription.
- Familiarity with annotation tools or audio editing software.
- Have good-quality microphone or recording equipment to produce higher-quality samples
