Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Subject Matter Expert to contribute specialized knowledge to AI and Large Language Model (LLM) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Establish the user persona and confirm the recipe scope for both finance cases.
- Co-lead the simulated interview (3–6 turns); supply real-world requirements, terminology and edge cases.
- Ground the golden metaplan: verify formulas, KPI definitions, cash-flow/variance logic and the advanced financial model are correct and defensible.
- Direct domain fit during builder iteration; validate realism of starting-state context files at Gate G2.
- Sign off that outputs match professional FP&A / financial-modeling practice.
Requirements:
- 5+ yrs in corporate finance / FP&A, investment banking, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated fluency in budgeting, cash-flow and budget-variance modeling.
- Hands-on advanced Excel/Sheets: 3-statement models, DCF/valuation, nested formulas and KPI design.
- Credential such as CPA, CFA, MBA (finance), or comparable practitioner track record.
- Experience building financial models in Google Sheets specifically.
- Prior work grounding eval/benchmark datasets or reviewing AI-generated financial outputs.
