Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Sales specialist to support the development, training, and optimization of AI models focused on sales workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Train and fine-tune LLMs for sales use cases such as lead generation, email outreach, objection handling, and CRM updates.
- Create, review, and annotate sales-related datasets including emails, call transcripts, and prospecting workflows.
- Design and optimize prompts for sales scenarios (cold outreach, follow-ups, discovery calls, etc.).
- Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot data to inform AI training, ensuring outputs align with real pipeline stages and CRM structures. or use Outreach to model and improve sequencing strategies for AI-generated communication.or utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator insights to enhance prospecting logic and personalization in LLM outputs.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, tone, compliance, and effectiveness in sales contexts.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to improve AI-driven sales tools.
- Develop guidelines and best practices for AI-assisted sales workflows.
- Continuously refine models based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, sales operations, business development, or sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, nurturing, and closing.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially in crafting sales messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve AI outputs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured annotation guidelines.
Offer Details:
- Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 30 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
- Engagement type: Contractor
